Souls for Jesus - UPCOMMING FUTURE

Our Lord Jesus has been doing so much changing and rearranging in many ways and HIS ways are always the best.

#1 He is giving us a new Vision for Tree of Life Church (our home base) in Hutsonville, Illinois. Although the Vision of God is straight forward, clear and simple "to Seek and to save that which is Lost and to destroy the works of the devil," often we find ourselves in stagnate waters, at impasses or without HIS direction of how to implement HIS plan to accomplish HIS agenda.

We are presently in a time of the unchurched generation which has been confused by slothfulness, religious hypocrisy, humanism and the quote, "political correct voices of today." All of which is ever changing and becoming more corrupt BUT OUR GOD IS A NEVER CHANGING GOD!! And IS never changing in forever changing us to do what is HIS good will and pleasure to save, deliver, heal and restore all the hurting in HIS creation - especially MANKIND (Male & Female).

Personal evangelism is needed to return to not only preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ but revealing it in faith action that permeates and meets the needs of present day people in their present day lives just as our Lord did when he walked on this earth.

#2 With base again being set and in placed, HE is again leading us again to, “Go into all the world and preach the Gospel.”

Matthew 28:18-20 ¹⁸And Jesus came and spoke unto them, saying, "All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
¹⁹Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
²⁰Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. "

So many letter, email and even phone calls from countries where we have already been and new countries have been pleading with us to come. New places expressing such hunger to hear the Gospel not only in word but with demonstration power of the Holy Spirit, while familiar places ask if we have forgotten them. My heart is torn between the needs here and abroad and I covet your prayers of intercession.

#3 The Present Times of Today are a clear sign of the urgency that we are living and laboring in “The Last Days.” Trouble times are discouraging the Body of Christ to neglect the poor, to forsake the Great Commission to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ by witness, tracks, preaching, teaching, evangelism in this world. God help us that we not fail to recognize our purpose to endure to the end.

Galatians 6:8-9 ⁸For he that sows to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that sows to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
⁹And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Very successful trip with about 1,000 souls saved, numerous healings and miracles, great unity of Pastors, Leadship and their church members. Unity in Christ always brings results that Glorify our Lord.

This Mission trip to Honduras and Venezuela has proved to be one of the most successful of all previous trips. The uniting of pastors in a common goal to reach the lost and to train leadership was very well organized and received. Our Latin Director of Souls for Jesus International, Edna Munguia, has done and excellent job with setting schedules for meetings, radio & television interviews, advertisements, translated and printed literature, correspondences with multiple ministries and coordinating transportation, lodging and feeding of all team members. We witnessed over 450 souls come to receive Jesus Christ as their personal savior, while hundreds of other acknowledged a deeper commitment of the love and faith for Jesus Christ. Hundreds of testimonies of miracles and healing ranging from blind receiving sight, deaf hearing, tumors being removed, hearts healed, restoration of movement with arms, legs, shoulders and hips. The list is too long to attempt to put on paper. In leadership meetings with Pastors and their associates, we witness such a move of the love of the Holy Spirit. Pastors were weeping and hugging one another, asking for forgiveness, praying for each other’s needs. They were exchanging contacts of phone numbers and email addresses and setting up monthly dates when they could come together for fellowship and sharing with one another. It was beautiful. God is so Good to us when we come together (Psalm 133:1-4). THE PRAISE AND WORSHIP SEMINARS & WORKSHOPSPastor David Heigl of Servant's Heart Church in Louisville, Kentucky and Sharyn Lester of Tree of Life in Hutsonville, Illinois, Joined with me for a series of “Praise and Worship Seminars” in both Honduras and Venezuela. Much was accomplished in these meetings as they were well attended with peple very hungry to be taught. Dave Heigl, a very accomplished musician with the saxiphone, carinet, flute, guitar and keyboard enables him to help musician learn to flow with one another in the spirit. Dave, also as a praise and worship leader and a pastor, is able to help pastors and musicians understand how to work together effectively. Dave is one of the Souls for Jesus International Directors and we have made many trips together. Dave’s wife Pam Heigl, is multi-gifted also and has set up several successful medical brigads in the past and are planning some trips for Venezuela in 2004. Sharyn Lester was extremely received and taught not only praise and worship in the dance but also how to instill Godly character in the youth which allows God to bring to pass His wonderful plan for their lives. They loved her and invited her to come back with me in February 2004.
