Justus Wanjala has served in the Ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ since 1982, Pastoring and evangelizing much of East Africa (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Sudan and Congo). He is the founder and Senior Pastor of GOSPEL LIGHTHOUSE CHURCH with headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya but covers over 200 churches throughout Kenya, 30 churches in Tanzania and 11 churches in Uganda. They have set their first church in the wartorn country of Sudan in December of 2003. While pastoring in a small mud built church in 1987, Justus met Apostle Slim Thompson and insisted that he come and speak at his church. Slim finally agreed and miracles took place beginning a long time friendship and launching Justus into an international ministry. The Gospel Lighthouse Church in Nairobi has over 5,000 members and is expanding with 50 to 75 new souls every week. In 2001 Justus was recognized by the national pastors and the government of Kenya to be ordained a Bishop which Biblically means a Pastor of Pastors. Ministers from all over seek him for advice and assistance. He has been elected to serve as Chairman over the Pastor of Nairobi having a membership of over 2,000 pastors. He also serves as Chairman over the Pastors Association of Kenya.
